How It Works
Step 1
When you click the Order Now button, your first step will be to select a domain name. You can choose a new domain name, or transfer an existing domain to us so we can host your PassportSiteTM on our secure server and manage it for you. And don’t forget, if your domain is a .com, .net, .org or one of several other TLD options, then it’s free forever as long as you own your Smart Biz Passport. Check to see if your domain is available now.
Step 2
Once you’ve got your domain, you’ll continue to confirm your Smart Biz Passport order and choose which Credibility Boosters you’d like to add. You’ll see a total amount due before you click to see your order summary. This is where you’ll add your Discount Code if you have one! Don’t worry about uploading your logo and information for your PassportSiteTM just yet, we’ll have plenty of time during our personal onboarding.
Step 3
Next, you’ll enter your payment information and submit your order, and you’re all set. Our team will contact you within 24 hours (during business hours) to get you started. We’ll send you simple instructions on how to submit your business information to us. We’ll request a copy of your business logo, and ask you some questions about your business so we can begin customizing your PassportSiteTM. And don’t worry, if you need to speak to us for any reason during the onboarding process, we’ll be happy to get on a call. We know how reassuring it is to be able to reach out to a real person if you need to.

Turnaround Time = 3 Days
Your welcome email will give you log in details for your private Member Portal where you can submit your logo and business details. We’ll provide a link to our intake form to capture your contact information, business details, and info for customizing your PassportSiteTM. Once we receive your intake forms, the turnaround time to completion of your PassportSiteTM is usually less than 3 business days. If we expect any delays we’ll keep you informed, and you can reach out to us anytime from within your Member Portal.
